Job Title: Experienced Registered Manager for Residential Care

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to lead our residential care service for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Physical Disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of staff to deliver high-quality person-centred care
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and health and social care legislation
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet the needs of service users
  • Manage staff rotas and ensure adequate staffing levels
  • Collaborate with other professionals to achieve outstanding outcomes

Requirements:

  • QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management or equivalent
  • Prior experience as a Registered Manager (preferably in Learning Disabilities)
  • Strong staff management skills and ability to motivate a team
  • Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and health and social care legislation
  • Passion for delivering high-quality care and achieving outstanding outcomes
