Job Title: Registered Manager – Learning Disabilities

We are seeking an experienced and quality-focused Registered Manager to join our team at SCR. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our residential care service for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Physical Disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of staff to deliver high-quality person-centered care
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and health and social care legislation
  • Develop and implement care plans to promote independence and well-being
  • Manage staff performance and provide coaching and support

Requirements:

  • QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management or equivalent
  • Experience as a Registered Manager, preferably in Learning Disabilities
  • Strong staff management and leadership skills
  • Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and health and social care legislation
