Job Title: Registered Manager Learning Disabilities

We are seeking an experienced and quality-focused Registered Manager to lead our residential service in Weston-Super-Mare.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of staff and ensuring the highest standards of care for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Physical Disabilities.

The service aims to promote independence and provide a supportive environment for service users to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and support
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet the needs of service users
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards
  • Collaborate with external agencies to provide a comprehensive service

Requirements:

  • Registered Manager qualification and experience in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and management skills

  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards
