Job Title: Registered Manager Learning Disabilities
We are seeking an experienced and quality-focused Registered Manager to lead our residential care service in Weston-Super-Mare. The service provides care for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Physical Disabilities, aiming to encourage service users to live as independently as possible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care and support to service users.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of service users.
