About the Role

Elysium Healthcare is seeking a skilled Learning Disability Nurse to join our team. As a qualified RNLD, you will provide high-quality care to adult men with mental health conditions, while supporting your colleagues and promoting positive teamwork.

The wards are busy, with a good balance of routine and variety. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Providing effective and compassionate nursing care to service users
  • Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care
  • Providing mentorship and support to team members
  • Observing, recording, and reporting service user changes, and maintaining accurate records

Requirements

  • A relevant nursing qualification
  • NMC registration
  • Strong team-working skills
  • A high level of self-motivation and flexibility
  • A positive attitude and natural caring and compassionate nature
  • A commitment to high-quality care and evidence-based practice
