About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Learning Disability Nurse to join our team at Elysium Healthcare. As a qualified RNLD, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to adult men with mental health conditions, while also supporting your colleagues and promoting positive teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional nursing care to service users, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, develop care plans, and evaluate the effectiveness of care.
  • Provide mentorship and support to team members, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided, observing and reporting any changes in service users.

Requirements

  • Relevant nursing qualification and NMC registration.
  • Strong team-working skills, with a high level of self-motivation and flexibility.
  • A positive attitude, with a natural ability to care and compassion.
  • Commitment to high-quality care and evidence-based practice.
