Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Demand Planner to manage site forecasts, analyze demand trends, and oversee production schedules. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in forecasting and experience working with commercial, marketing, and finance teams.

Your Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate 52-week sales forecasts, taking into account promotional activity and customer input.
  • Report on forecast accuracy and prepare data for the S&OP cycle.
  • Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely inventory replenishment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in forecasting, preferably within an FMCG organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary and Benefits:

£48,000 - £52,000 per annum + Comprehensive Benefits Package (Pension, Life Insurance & 25 days holiday plus bank holidays)
