Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled forecasting specialist to join our team as a demand planner for a leading consumer goods manufacturer.

Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum

Location: Boston, Lincolnshire

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills to interpret customer forecasting data and drive the S&OP process effectively. Developing close relationships with customers is essential to gather accurate demand insights.

About the Role:

  • Managing site forecasts and analysing demand trends to inform production schedules.
  • Collaborating with commercial, marketing and finance teams to develop precise, demand-driven forecasts.
  • Coodinating with procurement to ensure timely inventory replenishment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in forecasting ideally within an FMCG organisation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems is essential.
