A leading global bank seeks a Sustainability and ESG Operations Specialist to drive its long-term ESG strategy. This role plays a key part in advancing the bank's ESG goals and shaping sustainable finance.

The successful candidate will manage ESG operations, lead high-impact projects, and ensure sustainability is integrated into business operations. They will work closely with senior leadership, internal teams, and external experts to drive measurable ESG outcomes and enhance the bank's overall ESG performance.

  • Support the execution of the bank's ESG strategy, embedding sustainability across operations and business decisions.
  • Oversee ESG projects, track progress, and report on key performance indicators with a focus on sustainable procurement and supplier diversity.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and transparency in ESG reporting.
  • Identify and implement innovative solutions to drive sustainability and operational efficiency across the supply chain.
  • Stay informed about evolving ESG regulations and trends to ensure the bank remains at the forefront of sustainability efforts.
  • Proven experience in ESG operations or sustainability, ideally within the financial services sector.
  • Good knowledge of ESG frameworks and reporting standards, such as TCFD and GRI.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Exposure to procurement or supplier diversity is a plus.
  • A proactive, results-oriented approach with a genuine passion for sustainability.
