Bramwith Consulting seeks a talented ESG Strategy Specialist to join our team and contribute to driving our long-term sustainability goals. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our ESG strategy and ensuring its successful implementation.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in ESG operations or sustainability, preferably within the financial services sector. They will be knowledgeable about ESG frameworks and reporting standards, such as TCFD and GRI, and possess excellent project management and communication skills.

In this role, you will oversee ESG projects, track progress, and report on key performance indicators with a focus on sustainable procurement and supplier diversity. You will also collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and transparency in ESG reporting.

Responsibilities
  • Support the execution of our ESG strategy, embedding sustainability across operations and business decisions.
  • Oversee ESG projects, track progress, and report on key performance indicators with a focus on sustainable procurement and supplier diversity.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and transparency in ESG reporting.
  • Identify and implement innovative solutions to drive sustainability and operational efficiency across the supply chain.
  • Stay informed about evolving ESG regulations and trends to ensure we remain at the forefront of sustainability efforts.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in ESG operations or sustainability, ideally within the financial services sector.
  • Good knowledge of ESG frameworks and reporting standards, such as TCFD and GRI.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Exposure to procurement or supplier diversity is a plus.
  • A proactive, results-oriented approach with a genuine passion for sustainability.
What We Offer

This role offers the opportunity to join a global leader in finance, contributing to a sustainable future while working in a flexible and dynamic environment. Our salary range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
