Sales and Marketing Coordinator

MGF LTD is a national provider of Shoring Solutions, Lifting & Safety and Structural Support. We are expanding rapidly and require a skilled Graduate Technical Sales Representative to join our team.
About the Job:
- This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic company that values every team member
- You will be responsible for providing support to the sales team and acting as a communication link between the sales team and the hire desk
- Key responsibilities include sales administration/coordination, research of sales leads/projects, diary management, welcoming visitors, producing standard letters, offering general administration support, handling telephone enquiries and routine correspondence, transferring relevant leads to projects and setting actions for Technical Sales Representatives to follow up, and supporting the Hire Office team
Requirements and Qualifications:
- UK Driving Licence
- Experience working within a busy office environment, preferably one with a sales/hire function
- Experience in dealing with customers both on the phone and in the office
- Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels
- Motivated self-starter with good administration and organisational skills
- Good IT skills
- Willingness to learn and take up new challenges
