Vehicle Claims Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Vehicle Claims Coordinator to join our team in Solihull, Birmingham.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process vehicle hire requests from corporate clients within agreed SLAs.
- Manage a caseload of claims, coordinating with clients, insurance companies, and other third parties.
- Maintain accurate records of claim history and updates.
- Provide expert advice to clients on claim-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with technical and regulatory processes.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a busy administration and customer service role.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to organize workload.
- Quick learner with a natural ability to understand processes and technical information.
- A background in insurance or credit hire is advantageous.
- Strong technology skills, including Microsoft Office packages.
