Tunnel Engineering Manager

We are looking for an exceptional Tunnel Engineering Manager to join our team at Randstad Cpe London.
Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing the maintenance of our tunneling equipment, including TBM machines. You will also oversee the maintenance schedule, manage spare parts, and ensure compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance of tunneling equipment.
- Manage maintenance schedules and ensure compliance.
- Manage spare parts and inventory.
- Support directly employed Fitters and Electricians in terms of plant, equipment, and materials.
Requirements:
- A Mechanical background with experience within the tunnelling sector.
- Excellent working knowledge of materials, specifications, and industry working practices.
- A minimum bachelor's degree (grade 2:1 minimum) in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
- Candidates must demonstrate a proven track record of production management, with strong technical ability to apply their underpinning knowledge and experience to solving problems.
