Anderselite Ltd is seeking an exceptional project controls professional to join their team in a well-established joint venture operating within the rail sector. This high-profile tunnel project requires an accomplished expert to oversee project controls, and this long-term contract role offers a 3/2 split hybrid arrangement.

The Role:

  1. Prepare comprehensive project control reports from all data stored on iTWO, ensuring accurate insights into project progress and costs.
  2. Deliver in-depth project analysis on cost management from a project controls perspective, highlighting key performance indicators.
  3. Maintain and report a robust forecast in iTWO, incorporating earned value, quantity progress, and forecasts.
  4. Ensure the work breakdown structures are up-to-date and reflect current project requirements.
  5. Update performance measurement baselines to guarantee alignment with project objectives.

About You:

  1. You possess extensive experience working with iTWO, leveraging its capabilities to drive project success.
  2. Your background in cost management from a project controls perspective enables you to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize project outcomes.
  3. Familiarity with NEC forms of contract is essential, as you will be working closely with stakeholders to ensure contractual compliance.
  4. With a proven track record as a PCE in civil engineering environments, you excel in managing complex projects and driving results-oriented decision-making.

What We Offer:

  • An estimated salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
