Job Introduction

We are seeking an experienced Project Change Manager to join our team on the HS2 London Tunnels Contract, West Delivery Unit. As a key member of the commercial team, you will be responsible for managing change associated with the works, including reporting and liaison with the Customer's commercial and/or project team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction commercial management, with experience in working complex building, civils works or MEP Works. You will have excellent organizational and leadership skills, as well as good presentation and Excel skills. RICS qualified or equivalent is preferred.

About the Role:

  • Main Contract management: Ensuring that all contractual obligations are met and that changes to the contract are properly managed and reported.
  • Commercial reporting: Providing regular reports to the Commercial Lead on the progress of change management activities.
  • Liaison with stakeholders: Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
