We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator for Helpdesk Operations to join our team at Northampton Business Directory. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, helpdesk services, and ensuring the smooth operation of our helpdesk functions.

About the Role
  • Undertake additional administrative tasks to support the account's success.
  • Raise purchase orders for materials and subcontractor needs to meet deadlines.
  • Receive and save subcontractor service reports in shared locations.
Requirements
  • Experience in a helpdesk or administrative role is essential.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications is required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are desirable.

Hourly Rate: £13.52 per hour
