We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as Residential Operations Manager. As an Ofsted-registered manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation and management of our residential provision, ensuring that we provide high-quality services that meet legislative and regulatory requirements.
Key Features- Degree in Social Work: A degree in Social Work or equivalent relevant qualification is essential for this role.
- Registered Manager Experience: Previous experience as a Registered Manager delivering good or outstanding judgements from Ofsted is highly desirable.
- Enhanced DBS Check: An enhanced DBS check is mandatory for this position.
