Home Care Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Cera Care. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and experience in social care, working closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences.
As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing personalized support to clients in their own homes, assisting with daily living tasks, and developing strong relationships with clients. You will also have the opportunity to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
About the Role:
- Provide companionship, reassurance, and practical support to clients in their own homes
- Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
- Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their individual needs and preferences
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and provide regular updates to management
Requirements:
- A passion for working in social care and making a positive impact on people's lives
- Previous experience in care or a related field (desirable)
- Driving license and access to a reliable vehicle (desirable)
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including alternate weekends
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
