The Home Care Specialist role at Rainbow Care Services is integral to our company's mission to provide exceptional care and support to individuals and families in their homes.
As a Home Care Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to our service users, promoting their independence and well-being.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Providing personal care in a sensitive and culturally appropriate manner
- Assisting with daily tasks and activities
- Supporting service users with communication and daily living skills
- Monitoring and reporting any changes in service user's condition or circumstances
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a caring nature, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
