About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Home Manager to lead our team at Queens Care Home. As a Home Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of the home, leading a team of care professionals, and delivering the highest standards of care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for residents and staff.
  • Lead a team of care professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure excellent care delivery.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery and resident satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a residential care setting, with a strong understanding of care delivery and management.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, staff, and stakeholders.
  • A current driving license and access to a vehicle, with the ability to travel to other care homes and offices as required.
