Care Home Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Home Manager to lead our team at Queens Care Home. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to our residents, while also promoting a positive and supportive work environment for our staff.
As a Home Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the care home, including leading a team of care professionals and implementing care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents. You will also be responsible for ensuring that our care home is a warm and welcoming environment for our residents and their families.
