Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to lead our care home team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, overseeing staff, and ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained. Strong relationships with staff, residents, and their families are crucial to the home's success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of care professionals, promoting a culture of kindness and compassion
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, personalized care to residents, in line with their individual care plans
- Develop and implement leisure and social activities, enhancing the residents' quality of life
- Collaborate with staff, residents, and their families to create a positive and supportive environment

Requirements
