Care Support Worker

At Cera Care, we're seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal care, including continence support, washing, and dressing
- Manage medications and provide support with daily living tasks
- Prepare hot meals and assist with domestic tasks
- Provide companionship and reassurance to our clients
