The Training Manager will play a crucial role in the success of Fred. Olsen Travel and its fast-paced departments that require staff to be fully trained and knowledgeable on the internal systems used by the business.

The purpose of this position is to be responsible for the implementation and delivery of system training to all internal Fred. Olsen Travel staff, including external Licensees and Franchisees.

This role will oversee and manage all system training and deliver robust training across the business, ensuring all system users are empowered with the highest level of systems knowledge to follow internal processes and adhere to best practices.

The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator and have a desire to motivate and develop individuals to deliver the highest level of customer service.

This is a Full Time Permanent position, working 35 Hours Per Week (Monday - Friday 09:00am - 5:00pm).
