The Role

We are building a Restaurant Launch Team to engage with all of our new restaurant partners we bring on to the Deliveroo platform that fall under the EU small and medium businesses team (SMB). Our goal is to create a seamless onboarding experience for our restaurant partners, ensuring they have a smooth transition to our platform.

As a Restaurant Launch Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting new restaurants as they get started with Deliveroo. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering questions, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction among our restaurant partners.

You will work closely with the launch team, sales team, and account managers to ensure a consistent approach to all restaurant partners. Your strong communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities will be essential in navigating requests from restaurants across the country.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to new restaurant partners
  • Answer questions and address concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with the launch team, sales team, and account managers to ensure a seamless onboarding experience
  • Develop and maintain daily call plans to ensure efficient communication with restaurant partners
  • Be IT literate and keep our systems up to date with all relevant information

Requirements

  • Strong phone presence with excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Native or fluent in Italian + English
  • The confidence to make regular calls
  • Be a good team player and someone others want to work with
  • Commitment to professional development and motivated to succeed in your role
