The Role

We are building a Restaurant Launch Team to support our new restaurant partners in the EU small and medium businesses team. Our goal is to create a centralized hub for restaurant launch and sales development activity, ensuring a consistent approach to all restaurants partners.

As a Restaurant Launch Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting new restaurants as they get started with Deliveroo. This includes answering questions, providing a high level of service, and ensuring they understand the onboarding process.

You will work closely with the launch team, sales team, and account managers to provide excellent customer service and achieve tight turnaround times. This will be a hybrid position after passing probation, and you will report to your Restaurant Launch Team Leader.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help new restaurants get set up and ready to start taking orders
  • Work with the launch team, sales team, and account managers to provide a seamless experience for our restaurant partners
  • Maintain daily call plans to achieve your goals and meet challenging KPIs

Requirements

  • Native or fluent in French and English
  • Confidence in making regular calls and strong phone presence
  • IT literacy and ability to keep our systems up to date
  • Good team player with a commitment to professional development
  • Positive influence on the team and a passion for delivering excellent customer service
