About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Launch Assistant to join our team at Deliveroo. As a key member of our Restaurant Launch Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting new restaurants as they get started with our platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to new restaurants, ensuring they have a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Work closely with the launch team, sales team, and account managers to ensure a smooth transition for new restaurants.
  • Develop and maintain daily call plans to ensure timely communication with new restaurants.
  • Meet challenging KPIs while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Requirements

  • Strong phone presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Native or fluent in Flemish and English.
  • Confidence in making regular calls and communicating with new restaurants.
  • IT literacy and ability to keep our systems up to date with relevant information.
  • Excellent team player with a positive attitude and commitment to professional development.
