Are you a motivated sales professional looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team at SD Worx UK Ltd. In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to drive our sales and growth efforts forward, working closely with customers and prospects to generate appointments and convert leads into opportunities.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting and qualifying sales leads, using various channels to reach potential customers. You will showcase our products and services, deliver tailored marketing content, and identify new opportunities within our CRM system. This is an exceptional opportunity for any aspiring sales and marketing professional who wants to take their career to the next level.

Key responsibilities:
* Lead generation, qualification, and engagement
* Contacting Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) promptly to maintain interest and assess our offering
* Qualifying prospects using BANT criteria (budget, authority, need, timeline)
* Engaging decision-makers to ensure alignment and gauge purchasing timelines
* Informing and nurturing relationships by providing clear information and addressing inquiries
* Reporting and tracking performance based on set KPIs, including appointment generation, sales pipeline, and conversion rates

Requirements:
* Experience in a Sales/Business Development Representative role, preferably in a SAAS/Services company
* Strong opportunity qualification, objection handling, and time management skills
* Good understanding of call structuring, conversation control, and pitching
* Ability to work in a high-energy sales team environment with excellent phone skills and strong writing abilities
* Proficiency with corporate tools, technology, and sales software tools
* Goal-oriented and motivated mindset to achieve lead generation and qualification targets
