In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting Finance and Legal functions by integrating HR policies and practices, enhancing operational effectiveness, and driving business success. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of providing strategic HR guidance and support to senior leaders and teams, particularly in the oil and gas industry.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to build strong relationships with stakeholders across Finance and Legal departments. Strong legal and financial acumen, along with strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, are essential for success in this role.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Aligning HR strategies with the specific needs of Finance and Legal functions
  • Advising and supporting leaders in Finance and Legal on all HR-related matters
  • Developing and implementing talent management, development, and retention strategies for Finance and Legal professionals
  • Fostering employee engagement and performance alignment with company objectives
  • E nsuring HR practices contribute to corporate efficiency and effectiveness

You will be responsible for promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within Finance and Legal departments, contributing to Harbour Energy's values and behaviours. Additionally, you will ensure that all activities are carried out in a safe manner, complying with regulatory requirements, legislation, and Harbour Energy's Health, Safety, Environment, and Security (HSES) procedures.

The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
