Care & Support Manager Role


This position will oversee the Young Person Transition team within our Stornoway service. We currently support 4 people in this area, but we are looking to expand. The successful candidate will help lead the growth of the service.


The focus will be on developing Autism and neurodiversity support, as well as Arks Information Management System (AIMS). You will work alongside the Operations Manager, who manages the existing service, ensuring a comprehensive handover and induction.


Key responsibilities include:



  • Leading the Young Person Transition team
  • Developing Autism and neurodiversity support
  • Implementing and maintaining AIMS
  • Collaborating with the Operations Manager
