Nursery Key Worker

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Childcare Professional to join our team at Stornoway Primary. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working with young children and their families in an early years setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- To plan and deliver a curriculum that meets the needs of all children, with a focus on Gaelic Medium Education.
- To work closely with colleagues to provide a high-quality learning environment that supports children's all-round development.
- To communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues, using Gaelic as the primary language of communication.
- To contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote the well-being and safety of children.
Requirements:
- Proven experience of working with young children and their families in an early years setting.
- A qualification that meets the Scottish Social Services Council's requirements for Practitioners.
- The ability to speak and read Gaelic fluently.
