We are seeking compassionate and reliable individuals to join our skilled team of staff to support people living in our communities and enabling them to continue living at home. Our service aims to ensure a high standard of care and support is provided at all times, based on person-centred planning, compassion, dignity, respect and trust.

New employees will start as a Homecare Assistant, with the opportunity to progress to a Homecare Worker after achieving an SVQ II in Health and Social Care and completing mandatory training. Successful candidates who already hold an SVQ II can be fast-tracked to a Homecare Worker role upon completion of Comhairle specific training.

The salary for this role is £27,243 - £28,323 per annum, inclusive of Distant Islands Allowance.
