We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our Homecare and Reablement team in the Western Isles.

Role Overview

Salary

The starting salary for this role is £27,243 - £28,323 per annum, inclusive of Distant Islands Allowance, with opportunities for progression to a higher grade upon completion of an SVQ II in Health and Social Care.

Job Description

The service aims to ensure a high standard of care and support is provided at all times, based on person-centred planning, compassion, dignity, respect, and trust.

Required Skills and Qualifications

No prior experience or qualifications are required as full training will be provided. However, we encourage applicants who already hold an SVQ II in Health and Social Care to apply.

As part of our commitment to staff development, new employees will be supported to undertake and achieve an SVQ II in Health and Social Care within six months from commencing in post.
