We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Practitioner to join our Western Isles service, providing support to individuals who have been bereaved and need additional help.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work within a team of Practitioners to provide early advice and assistance to individuals who are bereaved in the community
  • Support people with mild to moderate mental health issues
  • Develop therapeutic relationships and empathy

Requirements:

  • Driving license and access to car essential
  • Gaelic speaker desirable but not essential
