Student Support Manager

This role requires a can-do attitude, excellent communication skills, and a nurturing approach. The successful candidate will develop activities and resources to meet the needs of students, consult with the school lead to set targets and report on progress and behaviors, and support student resilience, social, emotional, mental health, and wellbeing.
Flexibility is essential for this role, as no two days are the same. The successful candidate will be joining a committed team that wants to make a real difference in the lives of young people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engagement sessions to a high level
- Support those who need extra one-to-one assistance
- Support the participation, retention, and progression of students to achieve the best outcomes
- Work with the Lead to plan and deliver sessions
- Attend and engage in all relevant staff meetings and maintain effective communication with staff, students, and other stakeholders
- Undertake training and CPD as necessary and relevant to the role
- Familiarize yourself with the LMP Code of Conduct and all operational, Health & Safety, Child Protection, and Data Protection policies
