Salary: £55,000 + bonus and industry leading benefits.

Contract: Permanent/full time - 40 hours per week with flexibility to meet the needs of the service

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Ofsted Registered Manager to join our team at Amegreen Children's Services. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our young people.

About the Role:

  • Lead a team of dedicated staff to provide high-quality care and support to our young people
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the individual needs of our young people
  • Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and industry standards
  • Collaborate with our therapeutic team to provide holistic support to our young people
  • Contribute to the development of our quality assurance processes

Requirements:

  • Ofsted Registered Manager qualification
  • Experience of working with children and young people with complex needs
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
