Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Ofsted Registered Manager to join our team at Amegreen Children's Services. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our children's homes and ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our young people.
About the Role:
- Lead and manage our children's homes, ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations and company policies.
- Develop and implement effective care plans, working closely with our therapeutic team to provide individualized support for each young person.
- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of dedicated staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with our operations team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations, including budget management and resource allocation.
- Contribute to the development of our company's strategic plan, ensuring alignment with our mission and values.

About Us:
Amegreen Children's Services is a quality-driven provider of children's services, established since 2013. We have a therapeutic community of children's homes across rural West Berkshire and Hampshire, supporting children with social, emotional, and mental health needs, as well as those with learning disabilities.
Requirements:
- Ofsted Registered Manager qualification and experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with young people, staff, and external partners.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meet the needs of the service.
