  8. Stable work history.
Requirements:
  1. Previous experience as a Registered Service Manager or Deputy Manager/Care Manager.
  2. Previous experience in a managerial role within a Supported Living/Care Home setting is essential.
  3. NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) or be eligible to complete this.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Experience with Learning Disabilities or Mental Health is preferred.
  6. Excellent knowledge and experience of CQC, REACH Standards, and Supporting People's Quality Assessment Framework.
  7. Dynamic & enthusiastic.
  8. Be approachable and reliable.
  9. Stable work history.
  10. Valid driving licence and own vehicle.

As a Registered Service Manager with Amber Mace, you will have the opportunity to work with a fantastic established deputy manager and a full care team.
