We are looking for a qualified Registered Manager with prior experience in CQC-registered homes or a Deputy Manager ready for a leadership role.

  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, health and social care legislation, and regulatory requirements.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to inform decision-making.

Requirements:

  • QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management/Registered Managers Award/NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care (Preferred)
  • Prior experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in older people or dementia care homes
  • Strong leadership and staff management skills
  • Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and health and social care legislation
  • Enthusiasm, passion, and determination to deliver high-quality care and achieve outstanding results
