Job Title: Registered Manager - Residential Care

We are seeking an experienced and quality-focused Registered Manager to join our team at SCR Recruitment Services.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Registered Manager with prior experience in CQC-registered homes.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality care and achieving excellent outcomes.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
