Support Worker for Special Needs Education

Teach Northamptonshire is a dynamic primary school with a nursery and SEN Unit for children with autism. We are seeking a skilled Teaching Assistant to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our students and contribute to their academic and personal growth. The successful candidate will work closely with the class teacher to develop engaging lesson plans and deliver effective support to students.
We are looking for someone who possesses:
- Strong teaching assistant skills and experience
- Ability to build positive relationships with students and colleagues
- Knowledge of child development and learning principles
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced school environment
We offer a salary range of £23,000 - £25,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus benefits including a pension scheme and opportunities for professional development.
As part of our safeguarding policy, all applicants will undergo an enhanced DBS check and provide suitable references.
