Educational Assistant for Students with Special Needs

Job Description:
Academics Ltd is seeking an experienced Educational Assistant for Students with Special Needs to support students aged 3-19 with special educational needs in our client school in Milton Keynes.
About the Role:
- Assisting teaching staff in delivering inclusive learning experiences
- Developing and implementing individualized support plans to promote student progress
- Maintaining accurate records of student achievement and areas for improvement
- Communicating effectively with parents and carers to ensure seamless support
Estimated Salary Range:$32,000 - $42,000 per annum
Requirements:
- Experience working with students who have special educational needs
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
