We are seeking an Educational Assistant for Students with Needs to join our client school in Milton Keynes. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs to access the curriculum and achieve their full potential.

About the Role:

  1. You will work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement personalized learning plans that cater to the unique needs of each student.
  2. You will provide emotional support and guidance to students, helping them to build confidence and self-esteem.

The successful candidate will have experience working with students with special educational needs and a strong understanding of child development. A salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum is available for this role.
