Job Description:
Talent Finder is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Secretary to join their team in North Shields, Tynemouth.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for conveyancing and be able to provide exceptional administrative support to the conveyancing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and reviewing documents with accuracy and efficiency
- Managing files and maintaining accurate records to ensure seamless communication with clients and colleagues
- Providing exceptional customer service through effective communication
Requirements:
- A minimum of experience as a Secretary or Audio Typist
- An in-depth understanding of conveyancing processes and procedures
- Excellent organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills
