Conveyancing Secretary Role
Cameron Clarke Associates is seeking a highly experienced Conveyancing Secretary to join their team. As a Conveyancing Secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to conveyancing solicitors, handling client communications, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Audio Typing – Accurately transcribe legal documents with speed and precision
- Document Preparation – Prepare and file correspondence, focusing on conveyancing matters
- Client & Third Party Updates – Keep clients and stakeholders informed with timely, professional updates
- Diary Management – Organise schedules and appointments, ensuring efficient use of time
- Reception Support – Assist with front desk duties when necessary
Requirements:
- GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English
- Experience in a busy office environment
- Legal experience in conveyancing
What We Offer:
