Role Responsibilities

The Fleet Administration Manager will be responsible for managing the workflow of new business, renewals, emails, and inbound telephone calls from brokers/underwriting. They will ensure that files are complete, accurate, and up-to-date, and that documentation is provided in a timely manner. The successful candidate will also assist in handling broking work as required, adhere to service level agreements with insurers, and provide excellent customer service.

A key responsibility of the role will be to update relevant management information for the Commercial Motor Department, ensuring correct reporting for the business. The successful candidate will also identify system or procedural issues and highlight areas for improvement.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the insurance sector, with a strong understanding of CICL practices and processes. They will be conversant with relevant legislation and FCA requirements, and have effective communication skills both written and oral.
