Job Title: Interim Head of People

We are seeking an experienced Interim Head of People to join our team at Assembly Global. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our People Operations function and driving strategic initiatives to support business growth and success.

About the Role:

The Interim Head of People will be responsible for:

  • Leading the People Operations team and providing strategic direction to drive business outcomes
  • Developing and implementing people strategies to support business growth and success
  • Collaborating with senior leaders to drive cultural transformation and employee engagement
  • Providing expert advice on HR-related matters and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Managing budgets and resources to optimize People Operations performance

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, preferably in a global organization
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business outcomes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and relevant laws and regulations
  • Ability to manage budgets and resources to optimize People Operations performance
