The Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Hospitality Experience Ambassador to join our team at the Holiday Inn London - Regent's Park Hotel. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and creating unforgettable memories, this role is perfect for you.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for setting up the restaurant and bar for service, ensuring that all standards of presentation are met. You will serve as the face of the business, acting as an ambassador for the hotel and maintaining its brand reputation by delivering top-notch hospitality service.

About the Role

  • This role offers a competitive salary of £25,000 per annum, with opportunities for career advancement and professional growth.
  • You will work in a dynamic environment with a growing portfolio of 42 hotels throughout the UK, including globally recognised brands such as Crowne Plaza, Holiday Inn, and Best Western.
  • Our hotel is conveniently located near central London's major attractions, with Great Portland Street and Regent's Park Tube stations located just a few minutes away.
  • Guests can easily explore the leafy grounds of Regent's Park or indulge in shopping on bustling Oxford Street, both within walking distance of the hotel.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the face of the hotel, delivering exceptional hospitality service and maintaining the hotel's brand reputation.
  • Setup the restaurant and bar for service, ensuring that all standards of presentation are met.
  • Engage with guests, take their food and beverage orders, use upselling opportunities to enhance their experience, and create a welcoming atmosphere that puts a smile on their face.
  • Work independently without supervision, demonstrating self-motivation and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a hospitality environment, preferably in hotel or restaurant operations.
