Salary

The estimated annual salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 based on industry standards in London, UK.

Job Description

As a Concierge at Fraser Suites Queens Gate, you will contribute to the first impression of our guests at check-in and play a key part in delivering exceptional customer service. You will ensure the smooth-running of the Front Office Department at all times, dealing with guest queries and requests professionally and efficiently.

You will work as part of an amazing team who share the same passion – to create memories that our guests will remember. If you are an excellent communicator and problem solver, this role will help you develop these skills further.

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • Enthusiastic individual with a passion for customer service
  • Ability to work as part of a team who share the same passion
