Exciting Opportunity for a Children and Young People Service Lead

This is an exceptional chance for an experienced professional to take on a leadership role in a brand new 4-bed service catering to individuals with Learning Disabilities.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to serve as our Children and Young People Service Lead. As the successful applicant, you will be responsible for establishing and managing this provision from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement policies and procedures tailored to the needs of our service users.
  2. Maintain open communication channels with staff, stakeholders, and service users to ensure seamless collaboration and support.
  3. Cultivate a positive work environment that promotes professional development, teamwork, and mutual respect.
  4. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our services, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Level 5 Leadership Management qualification in Children and Young People.
  • Proven experience working with children and young people who have emotional behavioral difficulties and complex needs.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to handle pressure and make sound decisions.
  • A can-do attitude, positive outlook, and passion for delivering exceptional care.
